Step One   Provide us with a brief

We prefer to meet with you either at our offices or yours to discuss your exhibition or event and understand your objectives and requirements. Alternatively we can take a brief via email: info@moyne.co.uk t: +44 (0) 20 8997 8596 or via our contact us page

Basic information we ask for includes:
venue, dates, build up and break down periods, floor or site plans, anticipated number of exhibitors, carpet, lighting, electrical and feature requirements.

Please note that we cannot provide costs for single items such as shell scheme without understanding the brief in its entirety.

Step Two   The Quotation

Your quotation will be despatched within 48 hours. The quotation clearly outlines costs for all elements of the exhibition or event together with example imagery and, if required, bespoke designs ( allow up to three working days for complex designs)

Step Three   Confirming our Appointment

When agreement has been reached on the quotation detail we will ask you to confirm our appointment in writing so that we can give your exhibition or event priority in our diary.

Step Four   Planning Your Exhibition / Event

Our designer will draw your complimentary exhibition floor plan or event visuals (if required) and provide designs to assist with stand and sponsorship sales. Stand fitting, name board and electrical order forms for the Exhibitors Manual and our online ordering system will be produced for your exhibition by our Customer Service Manager. The Moyne team will be at your disposal to answer queries, up date the floor plan and provide designs to assist with sponsorship sales.

Step Five   Exhibitor Service

Our team will be available to answer any questions exhibitors may have about their participation. Email reminders to submit order forms will be sent prior to the early booking discount period ending and final reminders sent prior to the exhibition build up. Information is sent to all exhibitors the week before the exhibition detailing Moyne’s role on site, contact details and service desk location.

Step Six   Payment Schedule

You will receive an invoice detailing all costs associated with the exhibition or event. We ask that this invoice is paid before build up commences. A final invoice will be submitted on the opening day of the exhibition or event for additional orders that have been made on site. Payment of this invoice is required within 14 working days.

Step Seven   The Exhibition / Event

Our highly professional and experienced service desk team will deal with exhibitors queries and process credit card orders. The Moyne management team will ensure that regulations are adhered to and the build up runs to schedule. They are on call 24 hours via email, radio or telephone. Our stand fitters, electricians and bespoke build team will produce a stunning high quality event for you.
