Plans are originated to the Organiser’s brief using current scale drawings of the venue. The origination and a further 10 submissions of changes are provided free of charge. Further amendments are subject to an hourly charge. Floor plans are provided electronically and in AO size hard copy with full event net and gross figures if required.
